Jesus Still Heals Today

Laxmi lives in New Delhi, India. She couldn’t freely play and study like other children, because she frequently battled with seizures for five years.

Laxmi explained, “I would fall to the ground, foam at the mouth, and violently shake. Sometimes, I would get cuts and other injuries from falling.”

Despite regular medication prescribed by her doctor, Laxmi continued to experience seizures two to three times a day.

“I felt like I was being punished by the gods,” said Laxmi. “All of this made me very confused and angry.”

Laxmi’s mother said, “It broke my heart to see her struggle.  When she came home from school, we couldn’t leave her alone, so I stayed with her instead of going back to work as a daily laborer.”

Then Laxmi’s parents enrolled her in an after-school program sponsored by Orphan’s Promise. It gave her mother more time to work, and have peace-of-mind, knowing Laxmi was in good hands.

A teacher at the after-school program said, “When we started showing SuperBook, I was thrilled to see her attitude change.”

Laxmi explained, “I saw how Jesus sent the Holy Spirit to restore the sight of Paul, who had once been a persecutor of Christians. After his sight was healed, he immediately accepted Jesus as his Savior.  I also felt that by following Jesus Christ, I could be healed and set free from my seizures. Then I knelt down before Jesus and began praying, asking Him to send the Holy Spirit upon me and take away my illness.”

Right away, her seizures reduced to only once or twice a month. And 6 months after she prayed to be healed, she didn’t have any.

“Jesus Christ healed me! All my fear is gone! I am so happy,” exclaimed Laxmi.  “I explained to my parents how Jesus healed me, and how I saw Jesus heal many other people in the SuperBook stories.”

Her mother said, “After watching the miracles of Jesus in SuperBook and witnessing my daughter's healing, I accepted Jesus as my Savior.”

Laxmi said, “Now, I show SuperBook to my friends and everyone else I know, so they too can believe in Jesus and pray to Him for healing. I am forever grateful to CBN and SuperBook for giving me a new life, one that is filled with purpose and peace.”

Changing Lives, One Diaper at a Time

1. A Pro-Life Vision Born from Personal Conviction

Sarah Gabel Seifert is the President and Co-Founder of EveryLife, the first and only pro-life diaper company in the United States. Her journey began with a startling discovery: every major diaper brand in the U.S.—including Pampers, Huggies, Luvs, and Honest, either vocally or financially supported abortion-related causes, including Planned Parenthood.

As a new mom researching baby products, Sarah Gabel was “horrified” and “appalled.” This revelation sparked a sense of moral urgency to create an alternative for families who wanted their spending to reflect their values.

“I see children as the most important cause worth fighting for. We believe at EveryLife that every child is a gift from God that deserves our love, protection, and celebration. It's really important to be a company that stands for that truth, defends every life, and helps moms and dads in need, because families are the core of our society. If we don't have strong families, we don't have a strong country.”

EveryLife was founded as a faith-driven company committed to celebrating life from its earliest stages. More than just a diaper brand, EveryLife stands as a cultural statement that champions children and supports families.

2. Campaigns That Speak Life: “Make More Babies” and “Praying for More Babies”

EveryLife quickly gained national attention through its bold and unapologetic messaging. Sarah Gabel is widely known for her leadership in the pro-life movement and as the visionary behind the viral "Make More Babies" campaign. The effort even caught the attention of Elon Musk, who publicly endorsed it and was featured on a Times Square billboard

“A lot of people know us as the baby brand that did this massive campaign in Times Square with Elon Musk, and so we're happy to talk about that.”

This year, the company launched a more spiritually focused initiative: "Praying for More Babies." The campaign partnered with notable influencers such as Charlie and Erica Kirk, Lila Rose, Allie Beth Stuckey, Lisa Bevere, and Sadie Robertson.

“We were targeting families who were struggling with having children. One in six couples today face fertility issues. So we created an online prayer request form through the month of March, and if they wanted prayer, our prominent prayer teams prayed for each couple by name through the end of 2025.”

The response was overwhelming. Nearly 8,000 couples from across the U.S. and around the world submitted requests. 58 different countries were represented.

“It’s only been two months since the intake closed, and already over 300 families have let us know they’re pregnant or had adoption breakthrough. We’re seeing some incredible success through the power of prayer.”

This campaign reflects a broader theme in EveryLife's mission: to not only raise awareness about declining birth rates but also offer hope and tangible support to families in waiting.

3. Continued Support Through Faith and Action

Sarah Gabel's passion for life stems not only from her personal convictions but also from her background working with pregnancy resource centers. Her goal was always to build more than a business. She wanted to create a mission-driven brand rooted in faith and action.

“So one of the things that we have actually on our website, if you go to everylife.com, there's a section called Buy For a Cause. Even if someone doesn’t have a baby in diapers, they can purchase what we call a Buy For a Cause Bundle, and know with blessed assurance that it will go directly to a pregnancy resource center in need.”

This initiative allows customers to be part of the mission by sending premium diapers and wipes to help parents who have chosen life under difficult circumstances.

Thanks to the success of this program and the company’s growing list of nonprofit partners and churches, the impact has been significant:

“We’ve been able to donate now over 4.8 million diapers to families in need. In less than two years, we’ve made a meaningful difference in getting essential products to those who need them most.”

Final Thoughts

Sarah Gabel Seifert’s leadership at EveryLife goes beyond entrepreneurship—it’s a bold stand for life, faith, and family. Through advocacy, innovative campaigns, and practical support programs, she continues to reshape the narrative around what it means to build a business rooted in values.
“We’re really trying to fight this cultural battle around children. So many today see children as an inconvenience or a burden. But we believe having children is saving the world.”

“God Cares So Much for Your Baby”

Morgan recalls, “I went to go to the bathroom and after I had looked down and I saw blood and that's not something you wanna see ever being pregnant.”

Morgan and Luke Peterson had been thrilled to learn they were four weeks pregnant in October 2021. Now, a week later, they feared for their baby’s life.

Luke says, “When Morgan first started bleeding, my initial thought, was that we were losing the baby actively, which threw me into a tailspin. I was so distraught.”

Morgan and Luke prayed and also called several friends and family to pray for them.

Luke remembers, “I immediately put my hands on her belly and started praying. And I just started thanking the Lord for healing and for making sure that this little one that was in there was okay.”

Luke drove Morgan to the hospital emergency room but had to stay in his car due to Covid regulations. Alone in the waiting room, Morgan started reading Psalm 91, a prayer asking God to deliver one from all troubles.

Morgan shares, “And the verses were so uplifting, like 'I am going to protect you. I am with you,' and I knew that same verse applied to my baby. There was a peace in the sense that I knew whatever was going on in that moment was going to be okay.”

An ultrasound test revealed Morgan had a blood clot in her uterus and a cyst on her left ovary. At only five weeks old, the baby’s heart was too faint to register.

Morgan says, “And I remember seeing a little small like circle and I had no idea what it was and the doctor was like, ‘Hey, this is your baby.’ But I didn't see any movement. I didn't see anything. So immediately there was that terrifying feeling seeping in.”

Doctors told them they couldn’t tell if the baby was alive, and sent Morgan home on bed rest to wait. It would get worse. By the end of two weeks, the amniotic sac was completely surrounded by blood and doctors had found a mass near the uterus.

Morgan shares, “So in the doctor's mind at that point, it wasn't an if, it was a when the baby wasn't going to make it because there's just not a lot of comebacks in that kind of situation.”

Now people from their church and friends were agreeing with the couple and their family in prayer.

Luke remembers, “My prayers were constant throughout all of this bad news that we kept receiving. And I just kept thanking God for healing no matter what I heard, because I truly believed that it was in His hands.”

Morgan admits it wasn’t always easy. Morgan says, “And having to fully trust and place my faith in the Lord to handle all of that, it's hard. I was completely powerless.”

Then, at Morgan’s next ultrasound a week later, there was no sign of a mass, or blood around the amniotic sac.

Morgan shares, “Luke is like, I knew He would do it. I knew He would do it. And then that's when I remember feeling the excitement bubble, like, we're in the clearing, like, we've made it through this.”

Luke shares, “There were actually doctors asking the questions saying, is this the same person? Is this the same uterus? And it was just miraculous.”

Their need for prayer and a miracle, however, wasn’t over. At thirty-three weeks Morgan went into early labor and was admitted to the hospital. After several hours her blood pressure and heart rate dropped dramatically, as did the baby’s. Morgan became unresponsive. Doctors said if she didn’t improve soon, they’d need to do an emergency cesarean section to save her and her baby’s life. Luke, who was by her bedside, prayed, texting and calling everyone he knew to pray again.”

Luke remembers, “The thought of losing, not only her, but losing this person that we made together was heartbreaking. And there was nothing that I could do in that moment. Just sit alongside her and pray.”

After several hours, and much prayer, Morgan and the baby stabilized. Three days later, on May 18th, 2022, Morgan went into labor again. This time she gave birth to a healthy boy they had named Simon, weighing four pounds and eleven ounces.

Morgan recalls, “I just remember seeing him and I was like, 'I've known you it seems like forever.' And it was like he knew me and it was just so, so, so precious. And it was every answer like to prayer that I could have ever wished for.”

Luke says, “To see Morgan take him in her arms, was something special. She was so beautiful in that moment. And I remember standing and looking at him as I held him in just saying, thank you Lord, over and over again.”

Although born premature, Simon had no complications and was home within a week. Today, he’s a normal, healthy toddler. The Peterson’s know the blessing of their healthy child was all because of prayer and trusting in God’s healing power.

Luke shares, “And I know today, having such a beautiful family, my wife, and my son, it all comes from being able to trust God. He really, he really is the good Father who takes care of His children.”

Morgan shares, “This experience is to spread hope and faith in the sense that God cares so much about your baby. You know, you can go through the difficulties, you can have a hard time, but the Lord will deliver you and then some beyond your wildest dreams.”

A Beacon of Faith in Costa Rica

Ronald and Mayra, pastors of a church in Costa Rica, sit in an auditorium and smile.

In the heart of Costa Rica, Ronald and Mayra have faithfully served as pastors of their church for over 30 years. At the beginning of 2024, they embarked on a new mission by opening a children's club called El Club del Superlibro, utilizing the Escuela Superlibro (Superbook Academy) curriculum. Over the past year, this club has blossomed into a beacon of hope and transformation for the children in their community.

The impact of El Club del Superlibro has been profound. Children from around the church have come to learn about Jesus through the engaging and interactive Superbook Academy lessons. Several children have opened their hearts to Jesus, and these young believers are now bringing their parents to church, creating a ripple effect of faith and transformation. Ronald explained, “Children who initially came from non-believing homes have now received the Lord in their hearts, and you see a transformation in their lives at an early age where they have grown in their convictions and in their relationship with God.”

Children at a Superbook Club in Costa Rica play.Mayra shared the importance of the Superlibro Club, “We also have to understand that Superlibro Club is not a space to entertain children. It is not a matter of the church opening an interesting day care center. It is a whole program of evangelism towards the children and spiritual development for them. And we are seeing day by day that work of the Holy Spirit in the little ones because many times we make an effort and the programs of the churches are focused on rescuing the lost in the streets, but we leave aside the children that are growing up. I believe that the greatest testimony is when a child is rescued before they know the world, before they are in drugs or in delinquency or in sin, hit hard by sin. So, for a child to know God at an early age for me is the greatest testimony of all.”

One of the most touching testimonies is that of Ronald and Mayra’s eight-year-old grandson, Dylan. Mayra has always taken every opportunity to talk to Dylan about the Word of God, but the moment he stepped into El Club del Superlibro, he said, “I want to receive the Lord,” and decided to invite Jesus to live forever in his heart. From that moment on, Dylan was transformed, and it was evident to everyone around him, especially his mother, who had been distant from God. Witnessing her son's newfound faith inspired her to return to church, realizing that her son also needed to pray and give his life to Jesus.

Dylan participates in a Superbook Club activity with a volunteer and another child.Dylan's transformation didn't stop there. “My daughter tells me that Dylan, for example, now spends his free time watching Superlibro. He likes to read the Bible and be constantly doing it,” Mayra shares. Dylan has become an evangelist, passionately sharing the Gospel with everyone around him. His strongest burden is for his brother and father, and his dream is that they too will open their hearts to Jesus as he did. He often prays, “Dear Lord, I present to you my father and my brother. You know my heart feels sad because they don’t know you, but I’m asking you that in the same way I once opened my heart to you, they can open it to you as well, that your Holy Spirit come and reveal your truth to them, because I’m sure that’s what you want for them as well. In Jesus’ name, amen.” Dylan's story is a testament to the power of faith and the impact of Superbook in nurturing young hearts.

Reflecting on the journey, Ronald and Mayra are grateful for the blessings that Superbook Academy and the Superlibro Club has brought to their church and community. They decided not to create just an entertainment space for children but to evangelize and form boys and girls who announce the Gospel to the world. Their grandson Dylan is a shining example of this mission.

Dylan's story is a powerful reminder of the transformative impact of faith and community. By supporting this mission, you can help bring hope and transformation to even more children and families.
